Hong Kong Local Orders

Free Delivery: Available for orders with 3 items or more.

Delivery Fee: Orders under 3 items incur a HKD35 delivery charge. Standard delivery time is 1-3 working days post-dispatch.

Order Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 full working day once payment is cleared.

Delays: Any issues causing delays will be communicated to you promptly.

Coverage: General areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, parts of the New Territories, and some outlying islands (Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay). Remote areas include Lion Rock, Pat Sin Leng, Tai Mo Shan, Chek Lap Kok, and Hong Kong Disneyland. Delivery does not cover Ta Kwu Ling, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Man Kam To, Mai Po, outlying islands, restricted areas, hotels, overseas addresses, or PO boxes.

International Orders

Free Delivery: Offered for orders above USD 75 to most countries (excluding furniture and bulky items).

Delivery Cost: A flat rate of HKD300 applies to orders under USD 75. Delivery typically takes 5-14 working days after dispatch.

Additional Costs: Depending on the size and weight, extra delivery fees might be necessary. We'll contact you if this applies.

Customs and Taxes: Please be aware that you might be liable for customs fees and import taxes.
